- "Services" refers to insurance brokerage, risk advisory, and surety services provided by the Company.

2. Financial Services Provider
Calibre Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd is an authorized Financial Services Provider (FSP 45678) regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa. We operate in accordance with the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS Act) and all applicable insurance legislation.
3. Quote Requests and Insurance Placement
3.1. All quote requests submitted through our website are subject to underwriting approval by relevant insurers.
3.2. Premium calculations provided on this website are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer of insurance.
3.3. Final premiums, terms, and conditions are determined by the underwriting insurers and may differ from initial estimates.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to decline to place any risk without providing reasons.
4. Bid Bonds and Guarantees
4.1. Complimentary Bid Bonds and Letters of Intent are provided subject to:
- Successful completion of our contractor assessment process
- Satisfactory credit and financial standing checks
- Availability of suitable surety facilities
4.2. The Company reserves the right to withdraw complimentary bid bond facilities at any time.
4.3. Performance guarantees and other surety bonds are subject to counter-indemnity agreements and security requirements.
5. Client Obligations
5.1. Clients warrant that all information provided to the Company is true, accurate, and complete.
5.2. Clients must disclose all material facts relevant to the insurance or guarantee being requested.
5.3. Failure to disclose material information may result in voidance of coverage or denial of claims.
5.4. Clients must notify the Company immediately of any changes to information previously provided.
6. Premium Payments
6.1. Insurance coverage is only effective upon receipt of payment and issuance of policy documents.
6.2. Premiums must be paid in full before cover inception unless agreed payment terms have been established.
6.3. The Company acts as an intermediary and premiums received are held in trust for insurers.
7. Claims
7.1. All claims must be reported to the Company within the timeframes specified in the relevant policy.
7.2. The Company will assist with claims administration but ultimate claim decisions rest with insurers.
7.3. Clients must cooperate fully with claims investigations and provide all requested documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and professional indemnity insurance.
8.2. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from insurer insolvency or failure to honor valid claims.
8.3. The Company does not guarantee the solvency or performance of any insurer.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Calibre Capital Partners.
9.2. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
